We compared primary cytoreduction group with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and interval cytoreduction. 157 cases were analyzed. Patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy had more chances of complete cytoreduction. Median DFS in primary cytoreduction group was 17,3 months, median OS - 41,3 months. Median DFS in interval cytoreduction group was 18,3 months, median OS - 34?6 months.
