The purpose of the work is to develop scientifically sound proposals and recommendations on risk assessment, control of the spread of invasive alien species that threaten the natural ecosystems and biodiversity of Ukraine, structure and content of an open electronic database for such species. The work was carried out by conventional methods in biology and special methods of research of adaptive strategy of alien species. The results of the R&D are: - an analysis of the experience of the EU and international instruments adopted under international treaties on invasive alien species for the development and implementation of measures aimed at preventing the uncontrolled spread of invasive alien plant and animal species for conservation and conservation purposes and adapted translation into Ukrainian of the main documents adopted in the framework of international environmental agreements, guidelines and methodological documents Documents on the management of HCV - draft National Action Plan aimed at preventing the penetration and control of the introduction of HCV into natural and anthropogenic ecosystems, destruction and mitigation (minimization) of adverse impacts of such species for the period up to 2030 and proposals for financial and economic calculations him; - scientifically substantiated criteria for classifying species in the ICF category, assessing risks and their level of impact on biodiversity, ecosystems, public health and economic activity; - a preliminary list of ICFs of Ukraine by level of danger to local species, ecosystems and human health by individual taxonomic units or their groups; - assessment of the current status of IDFs, their diversity and status, territorial differentiation, regional saturation; including the use of GIS technologies for further integration into an open database, creation of a distribution chart; - the structure of an open electronic database of invasive alien species of Ukraine was developed - a number of information materials for the implementation of information campaigns for combating IDF for different target audiences (representatives of state and local self-government bodies, the public, students, students); - organizing, conducting and briefing the results of two scientific seminars on the discussion of criteria for the classification of species as an IRF, the risk assessment, the draft list of IRFs and proposals for a National Action Plan for the management of HIV; - proposals for the terms of reference for the next stages of the R&D on invasive alien species for the development and implementation of measures aimed at preventing the uncontrolled spread of invasive alien plant and animal species in order to protect and conserve natural biodiversity and ecosystems.
