The purpose of this work is to substantiate the methods and methods of determining the optimal subcritical and critical values ??of the parameters under which the automated system of early detection of the threat of emergencies at the oil and oil depots will work. Initial data for the work are the values ??of the sources of primary information, which are not dangerous, but in the case of a steady tendency to change them in the direction of critical values, require some action to prevent the achievement of critical values. The primary (initial) information for the detection of SRVNSO signs of the threat of emergencies and to identify possible scenarios for its development on explosive objects are data on: - concentrations in the air of explosive substances and mixtures; - the level (quantity) of explosive substances in tanks, tanks, devices; - presence of leakage of explosive substances; - pressure of explosive substances and gaseous mixtures in pipelines, reservoirs, capacities, apparatus; - temperature of explosive liquids, substances and gaseous mixtures in pipelines, apparatus, tanks. As a result of this work, methodological recommendations on the choice of values ??of the subcritical and critical values ??of parameters at which the automated system of early detection of the threat of emergencies at the oil and oil depots will occur. The developed metric recommendations can be used in the work of the SES units of Ukraine and economic entities in the field of designing and installation of systems for early detection of the threat of emergencies.
