Practical recommendations on the design of piezo-dopped p-n junctions worked out, which is relevant for creating new, effective devices for power and high-frequency electronics. The results have practical applications in future devices of spin electronics and high-speed magneto-optical holography. The technique of mask-less mechanical nanoprobe lithography and with utilization of double-layer chalcogenide resists was implemented.
