The purpose of the third stage of research is to develop a technology for the manufacture of ceramic radio-translucent nose fairings for the protective elements of aircraft structures (approval of technical conditions, technological regulations and technological instructions) and to work out these parameters in real conditions, followed by the production of the experimental batch of nasal fairings. To achieve this goal the following tasks were solved: - development of technological parameters for obtaining nasal fairings on the basis of crystalline phases of Slavsonite and Celsius when using slip casting as a method of forming products. Manufacturing of fairings and research of their electrodynamic and physical-mechanical properties. - development and approval of technical conditions, technological regulations and technological instructions based on the results of the research work. - production of a trial batch of nasal fairings. Research methods - methods of mathematical modeling and experimental studies of the physical-mechanical, dielectric properties of ceramic materials. The technological parameters for obtaining radio-transparent materials with low values of electrodynamic characteristics, including by conducting regression analysis of the dependence of the basic properties, are substantiated. Scope - Experimental and theoretical developments can be used to create transparent ceramic materials in space, rocket and other fields of radio electronics.
