The protective effect of AgNPs and resveratrol on folliculo- and oogenesis, pre- and post-implantation mortality in mice under the conditions of a given pathology has been established. The obtained data will help to propose adequate approaches for the prevention and treatment of functional damage to the reproductive system. Under conditions of endotoxemia (administration of lipopolysaccharide - LPS), new data were obtained regarding the effect of poly (ADP-ribose) inhibitor polymerase (PARP) and the effect of germanium citrate on functional changes in the cells of the immune system and ovaries, as well as the development of genotoxic stress and cell death. It was shown that the introduction of germanium citrate had a protective effect on oogenesis. Inhibition of PARP under conditions of systemic endotoxia led to a decrease in the functional activity of inflammatory cells, an increase in thymus and lymph node cell viability, a significant reduction in genotoxic stress in granulose cells and the immune system, as well as a significant improvement in the ability of oocytes to meiotic maturation.
