The object of research is theoretical and methodological principles of the enterprise management process in the conditions of innovative development. The subject of the study is a set of measures to improve the elements of the hotel business management system. The purpose of the study: the study of the principles of the formation of an effective system of enterprise management, the identification of indicators that affect the effectiveness of management and justification measures to improve the elements of an effective system of managing the hotel business. To realize the goal, the following tasks were solved: the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of an effective enterprise management system were studied; the system of indicators of improvement of quality at the enterprise and its influence on efficiency of management are investigated; the system of evaluation of the impact of the enterprise logistics process on the efficiency of their activities and the main provisions of the practical formation and implementation of the logistics strategy of the enterprise are formed; the model of the system of management of intellectual potential of the enterprise is offered. Methods of research: comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, classification and comparison, forecasting, system and complex analysis. As a result of the implementation of the GDR proposed ways to increase the efficiency of enterprise management in terms of innovation development.
