Department of psychiatry popup.description2 On the basis of the received pathomorphological data, optimal regimens of radiofrequency thermal ablation of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck for the achievement of the therapeutic pathomorphosis of grade 4 are scientifically substantiated. It was developed and introduced ablasticfor the organ-preserving T1-2N0M0 laryngeal cancer by the method of radio frequency thermoablation, which allowed significantly increase in this category of patients the indicator of 2-year non-recurrent survival to 94.4%, which is 16% more than in patients in the control group with traditional treatment. It has been proved that the use in the patients of the main group of the developed method of radiofrequency thermal ablation of relapses of cancerof oral part of the throat reliably increases the total level of "full response" to treatment by 33%, compared with the control group of patients, where treatment was carried out by cryosurgical method. It has been determined that the developed method of "open" radiofrequency thermal ablation in patients with metastases of laryngeal cancer T3-4N0M0 in the thyroid gland during surgical treatment allows to expand to 44% the range of radical surgical treatment.
