The object of the study is the marketing of businesses on the Internet. Research methods are: dialectical method of cognition of economic phenomena, methods of system analysis, comparison and morphological analysis, methods of logical generalization, structural-genetic analysis and synthesis, modeling. The result of the work is to substantiate the directions of improvement of marketing and communication activity of the enterprise on the basis of Internet technologies through the use of the concept of crowd-marketing. Novelty of the results: theoretical concepts of crowd-marketing as a concept of marketing activity in the Internet space based on the capabilities of Internet technologies and laws of social psychology are proposed, the concept of crowd-marketing will enable the enterprise to increase the effectiveness of marketing communications through a combination of mass, social and public influences members of online communities. Relationships with other papers: Some results were reported at scientific conferences, published in scientific journals.
