On two animal models (the linear rats and mice) it is shown that cellular xenotransplantants are effective as dermal coverings at treatment of thermal IIIb degree burns. Besides, in the last two years the foundation of new technology is laid and bioconstructions in which instead of a cellular component the acellular conditioned medium (ACM) is used are created. It is shown that acellular preparations containing a complex of bioactive substances, secreted by cells in vitro, have high efficiency. During an period under review the production of "gel-cell" bioconstructions and "gel- ACM" bioconstructs on the basis of carbopol is optimized and the respective patent of Ukraine for the useful model is got.
