Objective: to determine the regularities of the formation of anxiety and phobic disorders in children based on the study of neurophysiological and neurohormonal indicators taking into account socio-psychological, hereditary, biological factors. Methods: clinical and psychopathological, neurophysiological (multidimensional linear and nonlinear analysis of EEG), neurohormonal (serotonin content, cortisol in the blood, daily excretion of melatonin), genetic (genealogical, cytogenetic), patopsychological (package of techniques for determining the level of stress, anxiety, depression, personality characteristics, cognitive dysfunction), statistical. Results: It has been established that the psychopathological symptoms of anxiety disorders in children are heterogeneous and have age-related differences. Children have a somatic and cognitive cluster of syndromic complexes in adolescents as well as emotional and behavioral in adolescents. It has been shown that the symptoms that form and maintain the anxiety disorder in children are symptoms of depression and cognitive impairment. The presence of an hereditary component in the formation of TGF has been established. Functional objective quantitative neurophysiological and neurohormonal markers of TFR were revealed. Novelty: necessity of a comprehensive assessment of anxiety disorders was substantiated for the first time and their clinical variants in the age-old aspect were highlighted. A model for the formation of anxiety disorders based on clinical, socio-psychological, biological, hereditary, neurophysiological and neurohormonal factors has been developed. The diagnostic algorithm of TGF and anxiety-depressive disorders in children has been developed.
