Purpose: to develop a new warehouse and technological scheme for the production of new glass-crystalline material. To develop a new quality control method for glass-crystalline materials. The speed of missiles should reach up to 5M. Such operational parameters determine the requirements for the thermal stability of the rays of radio-controlled missiles, which in their path may feel the thermal shock and break up. The materials of such parts should have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high strength, which determines the urgency of the work. The conducted patent researches have shown, that sitall has special impurities, which reduce viscosity to ensure the production efficiency of products. But the temperature resistance and durability of the products decreases. We chose the direction of using a refractory quartz base to increase the temperature stability and strength, which led to the need to develop a technology for manufacturing products from such material. The work was carried out in cooperation with the experts of KSSIE "KVARSYT". Methods of research - general scientific physical methods, methods of system and comparative analysis.
