Totally, 22 alleles with molecular size of 410-112 bp were found in the investigated specimens. The maximum level of actual heterozygosity was recorded for the Omm-1077 locus (95.0%), the minimum for locum Omm-1032 (39.0%). The value of available heterozygosity at the Ble Tet-9 microsatellite loci was close to the expected. Locks Omm-1077 and Omm-1088 were characterized by excess heterozygotes, and for the Omm-1032 locus, their deficiency was determined. The results of cytogenetic analysis showed that the studied group of Danube salmon is characterized by a relatively high level of erythrocytes with EMG microchips (3.4 ± 0.2 ‰) (P <0.05) and a low incidence of lymphocytes with microcircuits and dual nuclear lymphocytes DL (P <0 , 05). In turn, an elevated level of apoptosis (3.6 ± 0.2 ‰) in the group of rainbow trout may be the result of the elimination of mutant lymphocytes. Thus, the obtained data suggest that fishery and biological evaluation of fish, analysis of polymorphism of molecular genetic markers and control of the level of cytogenetic anomalies can contribute to the objective control of fish groups.
