Magnetically sensitive colloidal systems based on nanosized singledomain magnetite, stabilized with sodium oleate and modified with polyethylene glycol were synthesized. The control of the parameters of magnetic fluids was carried out using vibration magnetometry, X-ray diffraction analysis, IR-Fourier spectroscopy, and transmissive electron microscopy. Colloids are characterized as polydispersions with particle sizes of 2 to 22 nm (maximum distribution ~ 13.78 ± 2.93 nm). Magnetically sensitive colloidal vector systems with immobilized oncology gemcitabine conjugated with HER2 antibodies against FSH tumors were created, their cytotoxic activity in vitro was investigated. The effectiveness of the cytotoxic action of the synthesized samples on the viability of hepatocellular hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells cells was studied. It has been shown that the colon system MR / GC / HER2 causes a synergistic antitumor effect and increases the cytotoxic activity of gemcitabine by ~ 20%, which allows to achieve the cytotoxic effect of the drug at lower concentrations, reducing the toxic effect of gemcitabine on the body as a whole.
