 The object of the research is the processes of diagnostics, forecasting and neutralization of the risk of investment and innovation activity of Agro-Park LLC. The purpose of research work is to synthesize and analyze models of estimation of investment and innovation risks, study the theoretical concept and methodology of risk management, development of effective methods of risk management of investment projects. Methods of work - monographic, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, graphical, design, design, chain substitutions, strategic analysis, formalization, analogy, and others. The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of methodological recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk assessment of investment and innovation activity of the subject of Agro-Park LLC, taking into account regional aspects. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is to develop a conceptual system approach to the assessment of investment and innovation risks, in particular: the essence and clarification of investment projects classification are characterized; the essence of the investment project risk is determined; reasonable criteria for decision-making on managing investment projects under risk conditions; a complex risk management system for investment projects is proposed that covers a set of measures from risk identification to a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of risk management. The practical significance of the results is to develop scientific methodological and practical recommendations for improving the methodology for evaluating investment and innovation risks.
