During the reporting period synchronous field and laboratory studies and replenishment of the database were conducted. The complex of analytical studies, which at the technically accessible level reflected the features of all relationships of the environment components, included monthly observations of quantitative changes in the composition of the river suspension, atmospheric aerosol, mineralogical and particle size analyzes of dry samples of land soils, bottom sediments, river suspension and atmospheric aerosol. On the bases of the obtained meteorological data, the relationship between the speed, duration and directions of winds with the intensity of aeolian matter was investigated and it was determined that the distribution of the volume of aerosol accumulated in the trap during the observation period correlated with the intensity of wind distribution (time periods with precipitation were excluded). The study of the characteristics of the material composition of sediment flows, in particular, an aeolian suspension, was continued. The criteria for the distribution of natural substances to the anthropogenic and natural components by morphological characteristics and the content of trace elements were determined. The qualitative composition of the products of aerosol emissions from the main industrial sources of pollutants in the atmosphere of Zaporizhzhye city was studied in order to identify their components in the aeolian matter.
