The subject of the research is the models, methods and tools of information support of solutions in the environment of modern information systems and digital production technologies. The aim of the project is to acquire new theoretical knowledge about the mechanism of making optimal decisions and applying this knowledge to create scientifically grounded bases of automation of management of accelerated preparation and manufacturing. Methods of research: methods of mathematical, functional and simulation modeling; methods of statistical analysis; methods of expert evaluation; theory of decision making; component technology for designing software systems. ARIS modeling system, PDM-system ENOVIA v6 and DELMIA system were used. Information, functional and imitation management models are developed. The methods of estimation and decision making at the stage of production order; of making optimal design decisions at the stage of production preparation; of managing the effectiveness of the processes of production preparation and processes of manufacturing, taking into account the existing resources of the enterprise; of selection and decision making regarding the use of reverse engineering technologies and prototyping technologies at the stage of production preparation were developed. The prototype (template) of the software package of the information support system for preparation management has been developed. The results of the work are investment-attractive for automation of management of preparation and operational management of production of enterprises of machine-building, aviation, energy, automobile and shipbuilding industries, as well as useful IT-specialists in the development, integration and implementation of technologies for managing the processes of the product life cycle.
