The synthetic phytohormones based on azoindololacetic acid were found to have the highest regenerative and insignificant embryogenic activity compared with other types of substances. It was also found that the processing of the calli by the elisitor, namely jasmonate at a concentration of 2 μM, stimulated the synthesis of flavonoids in vitro cultures from different types of explants of two cultivars of amaranth (Glevakhivsky and Helios). It was shown that highest content of monobasic fatty acids was observed by application jasmonate in concentration of 0.25 μM. The treatment of the in vitro cultures with 2 μM of jasmonate led to increased content of unsaturated fatty acids in both cultivars. Studies on the The flavonoid content in in vitro cultures of different plant species showed that the total content of these compounds in cell cultures of amaranth is significantly higher in comparison with camelina. Significant increase in the level of flavonoids in vitro cultures of leaf discs of amaranths (Helios var.) and hypocotyls of camelina (Peremoga var) by NO scavenger - cPTIO in a 100 μM concentration was demonstrated. The results of the experimental work display that reduction of the NO concentration (treatment of NO scavenger- cPTIO) in cells of some types of explants of both plant species contributes to the enhanced synthesis of flavonoids. Consequently, NO is an important factor in the signaling processes associated with the regulation of biosynthesis of flavonoids. The fatty acid composition of amaranth and camelina cell cultures was analyzed. It was shown that the highest content of Omega-9 had cell cultures of amaranths (Glevakhivsky var.) from leaf blades.
