The purpose of the work is to develop and improve the principles of integrated microleagulation and deformation-thermal treatment using computer simulation of phase transformations, taking into account their thermodynamics and kinetics for controlling the structure and properties of iron-carbon alloys in the production of high-strength and plastic steels. Methods of research - mathematical and computer modeling of processes of phase transformations and allocation of carbonitride particles, optical microscopy, electron microscopy with microrensogen spectral analysis, Auger spectroscopy, statistical processing of data. The developed mathematical models and corresponding computer programs describing phase transformations and allocation of carbonitride particles in complex doped steels. The developed program allows us to describe the kinetics of phase transformations for both isothermal conditions and for cases of arbitrary cooling mode. In addition, it is possible to describe the processes of phase transformations in the product volume based on experimental data or thermophysical calculations. The developed computer model also allows predicting the characteristics of the structure, as well as taking into account the effect of the previous deformation. Verification experiments were carried out to verify and correct computer models. A laboratory installation for controlled cooling of samples in the air flow has been developed. With its help, a number of experiments on the heat treatment of steels have been performed. The mode of operation of the installation in the course of experiments was based on the results of modeling of phase transformations in conditions of cooling with inconstant speed. The results of the positive influence of the developed modes of processing on the structure and properties of the investigated samples are obtained.
