Based on the data of retrospective analysis for the ten-year period, an increase by 3.8 times of the proportion of teenagers with chronic gastroduodenitis was found for the first time. There were registered an increased frequency of destructive forms of the disease in adolescents depending on its duration, and an increase by 1.9 times of the frequency of gastric hypoacidity. For the first time, the most significant combinations of risk factors for the formation of hypoacidity and multiple erosions of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum in adolescents with chronic gastroduodenitis were determined and appropriate prognostic mathematical models were developed. The program of complex differentiated therapy for adolescents with chronic gastroduodenitis with inclusion of adjuvant mediums in the baseline therapy was developed, scientifically proved and tested.
