After treatment in group 1, almost all patients noted, both, mood and cognitive function improvement: mental capacity increase, memory improvement, reduction of forgetfulness and inattention episodes, alertness enhancement, while in the group 2, the percentage of patients with substantial improvement was significantly lower (p <0.05). The difference between the data before and after treatment in the main group was statistically significant (p <0.05). Treatment of psycho-emotional disorders with cognitive impairment requires considerable attention of the clinician. In combination of cognitive impairment with anxiety and depression, therapy should be started with anxiety and depression management, as cognitive disorders in this instance; may have a secondary character in relation to emotional disorders. It should be noted that a lot of pharmaceutical drugs, including cholinolytics, tricyclic antidepressants, neuroleptics, benzodiazepines, may decline cognitive functions.
