The purpose of the work is to develop a conclusion on the feasibility of finalizing the field of the 13 eastern lava of State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay" without the use of degassing. Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the performance of the work, technical documentation for the development of the 13 eastern lava of the S11 State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay" was analyzed. The calculation of the expected methane emission within the excavating area and in the purification operation is performed with a change in the parameters of the lava operation, the air flow for ventilation of the excavating area without the use of degassing and the permissible load on the cleaning face. A "Conclusion on the possibility of stopping the degassing of the excavation site of the 13 eastern lava of the C11 State Enterprise "Mine the name of M.S.Surgay".
