The purpose of the work is to research and develop tools for the formation and provision of energy security, taking into account its components and the influence of numerous factors, which necessitates the solution of the multicriteria task of making managerial decisions. The mathematical model of the factor influence hierarchy on the energy security of the enterprise with the use of means of graph theory has been developed, which was previously not used in international and domestic practice for the development of managerial mechanisms for ensuring the energy security of enterprises. Such an approach will provide an assessment of the level of energy security of an enterprise, which, in contrast to the existing, supplemented and adapted to the specifics of machine-building enterprises, by phased implementation of actions, the implementation of which makes it possible to identify the components and factors of energy security, priority for the investigated enterprise, and differentiate the levels of energy security.
