The results of solubility studies of lactobacillus powder showed that it was practically insoluble in glycerol, polysorbate-80, macrogol, sunflower oil, peach oil. The substance is soluble in water while stirring. For the first time, the fractional composition of the powder has been determined. It has been established that the powder has a polydispersed composition capable of agglomeration, which may have a negative effect on the homogeneity of the dosage and degree of sedimentation. Samples of vaginal suppositories complying with the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia in terms of "homogeneity", "melting point" and "time of disintegration" are obtained. The spectrum of auxiliary substances providing the maximum preservation of viability of probiotic strains of bacteria is determined. The stability of suppositories during storage is researched. In terms of: appearance, average mass, disintegration time, homogeneity, melting point, experimental specimens found stability at two temperature regimes: 8.0-15.0 ° C and 15.0-25.0 ° C for 6 months of storage.
