Subject: Study of quantitative and qualitative composition of polyamines in breast cancer cells in vitro using developed optical biosensor platforms Aim: Development and working out of effective method of qualitative and quantitative immunobiosensor analysis of spermine and spermidine in model solutions and blood serum samples of patients with breast cancer using a biosensor based on the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance. Methods: Obtaining antibody serum, preparing and modifying a sensitive biosensor surface and biosensor analysis of polyamines using a biosensor based on the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance were used. Results: As a result of the planned research, basic biosensor approaches were worked out, control samples were taken, appropriate gauge curves were constructed, samples of blood of patients with breast cancer were analyzed and the level of polyamines was determined. Based on the obtained data, a method for the determination of biogenic polyamines in blood serum of patients with breast cancer has been developed.
