Theoretical and practical results. Applied research is aimed at determining the directions of increasing the functional capabilities of the measuring bench. The project is aimed at increasing the reliability of control of supercapacitors through multi-parameter control in the range of operating frequencies, voltages and currents of supercapacitors in stationary mode, which greatly increases the duration of the technological process of production of supercapacitors. The overcoming of this contradiction requires the conceptual substantiation and development of new express methods of multi-parametric control of supercapacitors in non-stationary mode, as well as the construction of new devices based on these, which are capable of controlling the parameters of supercapacitors in non-stationary mode. Novelty is the developed structural and electrical diagram of the device allows to increase the control current, reduce the control error and increase the number of controlled channels. The algorithm for control of multi-parameter control of super-capacitors is proposed, which differs by the fact that the control procedures are separated and executed separately in the digital signal processor and the PC, allows to increase the speed of control. Efficiency of implementation is hardware and software for solving applied problems of control of parameters and characteristics of super-capacitors have been developed. The introduction of these algorithms has allowed to reduce the time control of EC by 30-40% compared with the output.
