The purpose of the work is to develop a method for increasing the reliability of control of the conductivity of solutions. Methods of research and equipment - theoretical-experimental method, personal computer, programmer. Theoretical and practical results - applied research is aimed at increasing the accuracy and speed of measuring instruments in the complicated conditions of operation of primary measuring transducers (sensors). The mathematical model of the conductivity measurement device was developed and studied in the project. It is established that the accuracy of these devices is limited by the accuracy of either an amplifier with its own noises, by the sensor itself, or by other analog equipment, but not by digital devices. Novelty - the method of increasing the reliability of the measuring control of the conductivity of solutions in technological processes has been developed, which made it possible to reduce the systematic component of the error. The scheme of a conductivity meter is calculated, which by the accuracy class is an order of magnitude higher than previously considered. The high accuracy of the developed device due to the fact that the scheme eliminates the problem of inaccuracy of the generating frequency, the problem of instability of the power supply. The effectiveness of the implementation is to increase the reliability of the control of the conductivity of the solutions, and therefore the quality of control, by using the characteristics of the solutions. The introduction of these algorithms allowed to reduce the control time of the EC by 20-30% compared with the output.
