Than we have created the compositions on the basic of the most effective carriers which contain therapeutic agents, that are used at the curing burn disease, such as metal ions (Mn2+, Zn2+) and nanoparticles of silver and magnetite. The cell component of the product "matrix-gell-cell" was investigated separatly and in the structure of various hydrogels. With this purpose we have used the cells from skin of adult human and multipotent mesenchimal stromal cells (MMSCs) obtained by us from the periferal blood of healthy donor. The cell line 4BL has been created on the basic of these cells. The cells of this line has been characterized by flow cytometry, immunefluorescence analysis, RT-PCR, method of determination of the capacity to multipotent differentiation in vitro and also by detection of proliferation index and colony-forming activity (CFU-F).
