The object of the study - steatosis and fibrosis at a CTCP with different etiological factors (120 patients). Subject of research: functional and structural violations of the liver, state of the immunocytokine link, small cell microbiota in the formation and progression of steatosis and fibrosis in patients with CDD. The purpose of the work: the study of the relationship between functional and structural disorders of the liver, the state of the immunocytokine link, small cell microbiota in patients with chronic diffuse liver disease, depending on the etiological factors in the formation and progression of steatosis and liver fibrosis. In the experiment on small animals, the development of steatosis and liver fibrosis on the model of steatosis and steatohepatitis in order to study the histogenesis of these processes. Methods of research - clinical, instrumental, morphological, biochemical, immunological, immunoenzymatic, pathophysiological, and statistical. The equipment is an ultrasound scanner of the expert class Toshiba Xario SSA-660 A, Soneus P7 (Kharkov, Ukraine), FibroScan 502 Touch F 60156 (Echosens, France), quartz capillary column (RESTEK), chromatograph CHROMATEK-CRYSTAL 5000 etc. The novelty of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the development of steatosis and fibrosis in patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases of different etiologies based on the study of the cytokine status, metabolic, hemodynamic disorders and structural changes in the liver. Theoretical significance of work: the obtained data will justify approaches to inhibition of steatosis and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases of different etiologies. The practical significance of the work is to determine the most prominent markers of steatosis and liver fibrosis at CTDs of di  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
