Aim – increasing effectiveness of experimental investigation of machines of materials plastic working on the base of the theory and methodic of its realization development. Methods of investigation – revealing on the basis of analysis of the present methods of investigation of forging-and-stamping equipment and its accompanying technologies of materials plastic working the main factors, effecting on experimental investigation. Theoretical results - a set of methods for researching the parameters of the machines in the implementation of technologies. Practical results - a set of elements that provide the implementation of the developed research methods of heavy and unique machines for material processing by pressure. The scientific novelty is the results and the provisions that ensure the further development of research methods for heavy and unique materials processing machines. Efficiency from implementation is expressed in increase of productivity of realization of processes of processing of pressure, decrease of expenses of energy carriers, decrease in cost of production of billets.
