The lesions of juvenile sturgeon and salmon bacterial infection were established. In particular, juvenile sturgeon fish under conditions of ultrasound recorded heart lesions of unknown etiology. Invasive diseases are found in almost all surveyed farms. During clinical examinations and parasitological studies, ecto and endoparasites were found to be infected: from the simpler ones - Ichtyophthirius multifiliis, Dactylogyrus vastator, from crustosis - Lernea cyprinacea, Sinergasilus lieni, from cestodes - Khawia sinensis. Parasitogenic activity of Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Trichodina sp., Dactylogirus vastator, Gyrodactylus elegans, Diplostomum spathaceum, Argulus foliaceus, Lernea cyprinacea was noted. Non-communicable diseases recorded toxicosis in young sturgeons and alimentary trout, affecting saprolegic fungi. In sturgeon fishes, diseases associated with unbalanced diet have been identified. Researches were carried out in the summer at the Kyiv and Kaniv reservoirs. There is a deterioration of the epizootic situation in fish in the reservoirs of the Dnieper cascade. fish, perch, walleye) at II -5-20 pairs / fish. Most of the fish examined showed changes in the liver: discoloration and patterns that may be related to the toxic effects of the fish. 25 isolates of opportunistic bacteria of fish were isolated and included in the author's collection. Their initial identification was performed, their morphological and biochemical properties were investigated. It was found that bacteria of the genus Aeromonas accounted for 40% of the total number of isolated Pseudomonas bacteria - 30%, Flavobacterium - 10%, Enterobacter-12%, Yersinia-5%, Staphilococus-3% .
