Within the framework of a discrete model of diffusion self-organization, the existence of a critical particle length above which the stratification into a homogeneous system and the formation of macroscopic domains with the same particle orientation are observed. Computer models have been proposed to describe the drying and sedimentation processes of colloidal dispersions filled with anisotropic particles. Experimental investigations of the interaction mechanisms and adsorption properties of mixtures of hybrid nanoparticles in aqueous dispersion medium have been performed. It is revealed that suspensions of HT + laponite are the most stable to the variation of pH and electrolyte concentration at a mass ratio of 1: 1. Studies of the effect of surfactants of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) on the drying of droplets of aqueous suspensions of multilayer carbon nanotubes (HT) were carried out. Their concentrations varied in the range Сn = 0.005–0.1%. It is shown that, depending on the concentration of HT and CTAB, the formation of dry residue structures of different morphological types was observed in the drying process.
