The purpose of the study is to collect and analyze data on the use of new technologies and materials on the sections of the public roads and develop a monitoring program. The data collection on monitoring the objects and intended sections of highways on which systematic monitoring is carried out was performed. On the basis of the data collection on application of new technologies and materials on the objects of construction, reconstruction, repairs and maintenance of public roads, a monitoring program was developed. The implementation of the monitoring program allows carrying out field surveys and measurements at specific sites while monitoring new materials and technologies, implemented on the sections of the public road is carried out. The systematization of the data obtained by filling the electronic analytical monitoring database allows collecting and evaluating the efficiency of the use of new technologies and materials on public roads in the current conditions.
