The algorithm of constructing of the asymptotic solution of multi-pointed boundary-value problem for the linear singular perturbed system of differential equations with degenerations is proposed. The problem of an optimal control with small parameter for for the linear singular perturbed system of differential equations with the degenerated matrix at derivative was considered. Using of the theory of asymptotic integration of singularly perturbed systems of differential equations with degenerations of A.M. Samoilenko, M.I. Shkil’, V.P. Yakovets’ and the Pontryagin method, method of construction of asymptotic solutions of given optimal control problem is suggested. The algorithm of construction of the asymptotics in case of simple spectrum of the boundary bundle of matrixes is constructed.The linear system of differential equation with regular singular point was researched.
