The reactivity of zirconium and hafnium dihydroxophthalocyaninates in model reactions with diketones and carboxylic acids was investigated. Complex formation between a molecule of beta-lactoglobulin and phthalocyanine zirconium dichloride by the methods of fluorescence and electron absorption spectroscopy was established.
