A model for a spin-dependent giant thermocouple in a magnetic field for the superparamagnetic state of Co / Al2O3 FMNC is proposed.The influence of the magnetic field in the process of deposition of FMNC is revealed, which allows to reduce the percolation threshold and the transition temperature to the state of spin glass.
