Kukhar Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Extensive research has been carried out to develop a method for dewatering sediments and excess sludge BSA using geotextile materials and ash-coagulants, which allow obtaining sediments with a moisture content of 80% with subsequent drying. So humidity for fertilizers - 50%, fuel - 10 -20%. High-temperature pyrolysis and gasification of BSA sludge with a humidity of 10% ensured the production of combustible gases at a laboratory installation with induction heating of the reactor. Under the conditions of gasification, a gas with a calorific value of 5.4 - 6.5 MJ / m3 is formed, and in high-temperature pyrolysis a pyrolysis gas with a calorific value of 10.0 - 12.0 MJ / m3 and a coke residue with a calorific value of 18.0 - 20.0 MJ / kg. It is advisable to use the obtained ash after gasification as a component of organo-mineral fertilizers (BSA sediments are characterized by a significant content of P2O5, in the deposited sediments its amount is 16-21, excess silt 34-36%): fractioned into components (obtained silicon dioxide with a purity of 99.97 %, the concentration of aluminium oxide increased from 21.21 to 42.18%, and ferric oxide from 8.17 to 33.60%, potassium oxide from 3.97 to 10.75%); be used for the production of coagulants for wastewater treatment plants and the construction of non-residential facilities and roads. Organic-mineral compositions have been created based on sediments that have been tested in vegetative and field studies for winter wheat and maize. Positive results were obtained on the application of these fertilizers. We have proposed a possible scheme for recycling organ-containing waste: pre-treatment of waste, which may include one or more processing lines, depending on the end goal; production of mixed fuels - briquetted or pulverized; obtaining organic soil and organic fertilizers; thermal processing of waste with the use of modern technological solutions for the production of high-energy gas.
