It is established that spatial differentiation of the ratio of plowed and forested areas in the catchment area indicates a significant transformation of the natural state of landscape structures over 60% of the Dnipro basin territory. Three groups of subbasins have been identified and generalized assessment of their state by the level of agrogenic transformation and water-erosion destruction of landscape structures in the Dnipro basin territory. The first group includes 373 subbasins (43.9% of the Dnipro basin territory) with undisturbed and slightly disturbed landscape structures, the second group consists of 198 subbasins with a high degree of transgenic transformation (22.8%), and the third group includes 205 subbasins (33,3%) with high soil erosion risk. It has been determined that 463 sub-basins with a total area of 338.5 thousand km2 (66.3%) fall into the categories of medium, strong, very strong and catastrophic degree of agrogenic transformation. With the use of GIS and RSE-technologies a hierarchical model of integrated multilevel geoinformation-analytical system of monitoring and management of basin using of nature was developed. The model allows optimizing the structure of the land fund, reducing the risks of environmental degradation of land and water resources, ensuring the greening of agriculture and improving the environmental situation in river basins. Keywords: basin using of nature, water-erosion destruction, soil degradation, ecological and rational exploitation of the catchment area, GIS technologies, remote sensing of the earth, modeling.
