A methodological approach to assessing technology readiness for transfer from universities to a business environment called TAPDS has been developed. The approach involves assessing technology at five levels of readiness: analytical, technological, patent, and also takes into account the level of market demand and social impact. The weighting of the selected groups of indicators used the method of expert evaluation and the method of hierarchical analysis.
