One way to overcome a particular problem is to perform a HR audit in an organization. At the same time, according to the researches analysis of the scientific works in the chosen direction, there is practically no theoretical base and methodology of its conducting in the national HR audit. The situation is quite different if you study foreign scientific works in this field. As the concept of "HR audit" is borrowed and has come to Ukraine and other countries, this situation is understandable. Ukrainian scientists consider HR audit based on international experience, that is, as foreign scientists view the concepts of "HR audit", "personnel audit", "staff audit". At the same time, most Ukrainian companies that provide HR audit services consider it more as a direction of personnel documentation verification, and only some of them cover the full range of HR department functionality (ie, HR audit is considered as one that includes verification of personnel documentation, and checking the functioning of the organization's personnel management system as a whole). At the same time, it is logical, in this case, the borrowing and, rather, the possibility of applying, to harmonize the international practice of HR audit at domestic enterprises. In addition, in developed countries, HR audits show that a company's activity complies with all the rules and regulations of the company, and the fact that such a check is carried out is a tool to support the company's image. In the Soviet countries, such a conclusion has not yet been reached, which, among other things, determines the relevance of the problem in the current context.
