Results. The positive effect of probiotic drugs on the restoration of the intestinal microflora and the elimination of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms from the upper respiratory tract (URT) and intestine biotypes has been shown. The use of probiotics allowed to detect "hidden pathogens" in URT biotopes -the microorganisms that were not isolated at the beginning of the study but were detected after the use of probiotics in clinically relevant titers. Additionally installed what influence of multicomponent probiotic on the process of inhibition of adhesion of staphylococci, reduction of pathogenic potential of these microorganisms, which prevents their colonization resistance. Against the background of its application, the restoration of population and subpopulation composition of peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients and activation of the final stage of phagocytosis of neutrophilic granulocytes were revealed. Thus, the appointment of a multicomponent probiotic for concomitant therapy for patients with AL has a positive effect on the elimination of dysbiotic conditions, normalization of microecology of biotopes, increase of anti-infectious immunity and, as a consequence, it helps to prevent the development of infectious-inflammatory complications, what gives the opportunity to carry out treatment in full.
