Fundamental concepts have been developed for structural, electrical, magnetic, and other macroscopic quantum phenomena in mesoscopic systems and nanoparticles, in particular on the basis of transition metals and carbon. The efficiency of current injection for quantum control of nonlinear dynamics of topological formations in multilayer superconducting structures is analyzed and experimentally confirmed. The existence of a quantum-mechanical effect for the durability of carbin-graphene nanoelements has been established.
