The object of the study is the customs control system for the temporary importation of offshore containers and accessories. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for the control of the regime of temporary importation of offshore containers and accessories. Methods of research - the method of synthesis and analysis, deduction and induction, comparison, generalization, abstraction, dialectical cognition (to form the theoretical basis of the study), the method of comparative legal cognition (to analyze the rules of domestic customs legislation on the subject). The current state and features of container transportation in the context of foreign trade operations are investigated. The legal and regulatory support for the control of the movement of offshore containers and accessories to them across the customs border has been analyzed. Overseas experience in controlling the movement of offshore containers and accessories to them has been systematized. The current state of control over the regime of temporary importation of offshore containers and additional equipment is analyzed, namely: the technologies of customs control over the movement of offshore containers and additional equipment to them across the customs border of Ukraine are investigated, the problematic aspects of customs control over compliance with the temporary importation of offshore containers are identified and their accessories. The scientifically substantiated proposals on the improvement of control over the temporary importation regime of offshore containers and additional equipment to them have been developed in the context of determining the main directions of implementation of the temporary importation control regime for offshore containers and additional equipment, the development of software for the temporary importation control of offshore containers containers and additional equipment to them across the customs border of Ukraine and improvement of regulatory solving the issue of control over the regime of temporary importation of offshore containers and additional equipment through the customs border of Ukraine. The use of practical suggestions resulting from the implementation of the NTRs will increase the efficiency of the control over the temporary importation of offshore containers and accessories.
