Resources are identified that ensure the effectiveness of their settlement in specific practice-oriented areas: professional, educational, family, online space, conflict balancing generations and in the context of the formation of approaches to the implementation of social policy. The theoretical explication of key concepts (social conflict, social protest, social tension, civil confrontation, conflict potential) has been carried out. The causes and prerequisites of social conflicts, the specificity of their manifestations in the conditions of conflict confrontation in Ukraine are revealed. Criteria of the effectiveness of the use of communicative technologies and the parameters of their design for the settlement of social conflicts are determined. A number of communicative principles for resolving social conflicts are formulated: the principle of "shuttle movement" and the principle of generational influence on conflict interaction. Technologies of socio-psychological diagnostics and socio-psychological organization of the target communicative space have been developed. The ideas about the effects of communication that arise both in the process and as a result of the application of the proposed technologies, peculiarities of communication networks as a system of social and technical communication channels, peculiarities of the impact of communicative technologies on the emergence of new actors (virtual social communities, virtual coalitions) and a change in the role of traditional subjects of social interaction - participants in a social conflict are deepening. The concept of communicative intentions as subjective motives that encourage an individual or community to enter into the process of conflict communication is expanded, and technologies for leveling these intentions are defined. As a result of the application of communicative technologies for resolving social conflicts, the presence of positive trends in the development of the communicative potential of a person has been recorded. The effectiveness of the further implementation of such technological innovations in practice is indicated.
