Intermediate results of research work were obtained: The following was analyzed: scientific and educational-methodical literature on the implementation of legislation in the field of defense of Ukraine; the stages, directions, methods and state of development of scientific researches concerning realization of the military legislation by domestic and foreign scientists are defined; the origin, formation and development of legal means of realization of the military legislation of Ukraine on historical periods of existence on the Ukrainian lands, both the ethnic state, and the states which have influenced this process are established and proved; the concept of "implementation of military legislation of Ukraine" is defined as a complex structured process of practical implementation of its complex, formally defined, detailed and specific, current regulations and principles in the conscious and lawful voluntary actions of all military actors, as a substantive and procedural legal procedure and the final stage of the process (mechanism) of legal regulation in the field of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the main purpose of which is the military statutory and legal order, high combat readiness of troops (forces), as a special legal and constitutional guarantee of reliable defense and armed defense of the state; the classification and characterization of general legal and military-special principles of the process of implementation of the military legislation of Ukraine by groups of relative homogeneity of the complex of military-legal relations are substantiated.
