Electronic modeling of electrical circuits was carried out and the optimal classes of active and passive elements were determined. A three-dimensional computer-aided design model of a cabinet of a pulsed current source with placed components of the device was developed, and on this basis drawings of structural elements were developed. Power and switching elements, a control system using microprocessor technology, elements of discharge circuits were manufactured and mounted in a cabinet. The design features of the electromechanical induction-type transducer are determined when used in a technological complex for electrodynamic processing of welded joints, which consists in the simultaneous impact of a pulsed electric current and mechanical force on a limited portion of the surface of the weld. Drawings of an electromechanical converter were developed and 2 devices for electrodynamic processing of welded joints were manufactured. The created equipment was transferred for use and development of processing technology to the Institute of Electric Welding named after E.O. Paton and prepared for export to the PRC under the existing contract.
