The goal of the work is the development of design and development work (according to the "Terms of Reference for the development of an energy-saving bench ТЗ 7541318.35.02019") is the development of a set of design documentation for the manufacture of the mechanical part of an energy-saving bench for testing the gearboxes of Mi-8, Mi-14, Mi-24, Mi- 17MSB. Stages of Research Design Work: The work was carried out in one step and included the following sub-steps: - development of technical specifications for an energy-saving bench and coordination with the Customer; - development of the layout of the bench and coordination with the Customer; development of a set of design documentation (drawings of parts, assembly units, specifications); - adjustment of design documentation based on the results of the study by the technological services of the Customer. Theoretical and practical research results: - the design of the test bench for testing helicopter gearboxes was developed, which allows reducing energy costs for testing by about 10 times; - the design of the bench assemblies was developed, the complexity of manufacturing of which is about 1.5 times less than similar ones.
