The system of conditions for the formation of a new quality category of regional sparkling wines was created on the basis of the Odessa region and the creation of protected regions at the legislative level. According to the definition of domestic experts, to increase the number of registrations of geographical indications in Ukraine, it is necessary to do the following: - create, in accordance with the Agreement, a Subcommittee on Geographical Indications, which will be responsible for the exchange of information, and within its framework to carry out cooperation in this area. - develop the institutional, administrative and technical capabilities of the state bodies of Ukraine involved in this area. - create appropriate systems for automating production processes related to the registration of geographical indications (Ukraine and the EU), maintaining an appropriate state register, and the like. - It is also important for Ukraine to build a dialogue with the EU on obtaining financial assistance regarding support for Ukrainian manufacturers, who must rebrand their products during transitional periods. Therefore, rebranding should be started by labeling your products on a legislative basis. Considering this base for the production and sale of grape wine, one can identify the main laws: this is the law on obtaining the right to produce wine, a license, according to the Law of Ukraine "On licensing certain types of economic activity", the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products "on the right to import products, and the basic law" On grapes and grape wine ".
