The object of research is the actions of the units of the NBC reconnaissance and NBC protection in their participation in the liquidation of the consequences of destruction (accidents) of potentially dangerous objects. The purpose of the work is to make sound recommendations for improving the efficiency of radiation, chemical reconnaissance and conducting special treatment in areas of destruction of potentially dangerous objects. Research methods are a comparative analysis of the experience of actions of the units NBC of the protection of the ground forces of foreign states and the units NBC of the protection of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding participation in the liquidation of consequences of destruction of potentially dangerous objects, methods of mathematical models of queuing theory. In work the analysis and operations of the units NBC protecting the armed forces of the countries of NATO block and chemical troops of the Soviet Armed Forces, which took part in the liquidation of the consequences of destruction on the RCDO, in particular, in the event at liquidation of Chernobyl accident focused attention on the specificities of the tasks. The method of estimation of efficiency of performance of separate tasks of NBC protection suggested, in particular on conducting RC reconnaissance and carrying out of special processing at liquidation of consequences of accident of RNO, based on the use of mathematical models and methods of queuing theory in order to provide reasonable rational and expedient decisions. Methodological recommendations have been made to the units of the the units NBC of the protection forces, which may be involved in the tasks in the liquidation of consequences of destruction (accidents) of the RCDO. The procedure for detection and evaluation of radiation and chemical situation in the area of destruction (accident), the procedure for radiation and chemical control are determined separately. Suggestions are worked to the Guidelines for Maintenance of Ground Forces of battle actions "Action of units of troops of radiation, chemical, biological protection" section of "Action of units of troops of radiation, chemical, biological defence during liquidation of consequences of destruction (accidents) at radiation and chemically dangerous objects". Scientific research work materials can be used as addition to the procedures of actions the units NBC reconnaissance to detect radiation and chemical situation that may occur during the destruction (accident) of radiation and chemically dangerous objects or in the case of weapons of mass destruction.
