The subject of the study is the radiation signs of changes in chest organs in newborns with low and extremely low birth weight,radiological signs of pneumonia and its complications in preschool and school age children with connective tissue dysplasia,radiological signs of destructive lung diseases in children and adults. Research Methods: Clinical, laboratory, instrumental, such as radiological methods: fluoroscopy, radiography in straight and lateral projections, radiography, computed tomography, histological studies, statistical methods. A detailed analysis of literature has confirmed the great need for the development and implementation of new, modern effective methods for diagnosing changes of respiratory system in newborns with low and extremely low birth weight, pneumonia and its complications in preschool and school age children with connective tissue dysplasia and destructive lung diseases in children and adults. The use of modern data on the disease diagnosis, the use of improved diagnostic methods for sick newborns with low and extremely low birth weight, children with pneumonia and its complications with connective tissue dysplasia, children and adults with destructive lung diseases contribute to a more accurate and timely diagnosis and, improvement of early and long-term results of treatment, faster recovery, better quality of life. In addition, the use of the data will bring an economic effect by reducing the time of patient examination to establish the correct diagnosis.
